Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Dried Elderberries
  • 2 Cups Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Honey
  • Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Ginger Optional

Instructions
 

  • Simmer elderberries and water for 25-30 minutes.
  • Mash berries to release extra juice.
  • Strain the liquid into a clean bowl.
  • Cool to lukewarm–don’t ski this.
  • Stir in honey, mix well and store in a jar.
