- 1 Cup Dried Elderberries
- 2 Cups Filtered Water
- 1/2 Cup Raw Honey
- Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Ginger Optional
Simmer elderberries and water for 25-30 minutes.
Mash berries to release extra juice.
Strain the liquid into a clean bowl.
