- 1/2 Cup Fruit Juice Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon etc.
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water or Coconut Water
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Fruit Citrus Slices, Berries, Cucumber
- Ice As desired
- 1 Tsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional
- Fresh Herbs Optional, A few leaves of Mint, Basil or Rosemary
Use your favorite juice or swap it with chilled hibiscus or green tea for variety.
Add fresh fruit slices and herbs directly into your glass or pitcher.
Pour in cold water or coconut water to balance the juice and keep it light.
Taste the mix and stir in honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
Top with ice or frozen fruit, garnish if you like, and enjoy chilled.
