- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- Lemon Zest From 1 Lemon
- Lime Zest From 1 Lime
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
Combine lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, water, and zest in a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves.
Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and cool.
Strain to remove zest and pour into a clean glass jar.
Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 weeks.
