Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • Lemon Zest From 1 Lemon
  • Lime Zest From 1 Lime
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Combine lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, water, and zest in a small saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves.
  • Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Strain to remove zest and pour into a clean glass jar.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 weeks.
