Lavender Honey Syrup Recipe
A sweet and simple lavender honey syrup made with real honey and lavender. Great for adding a light floral touch to tea, coffee, lemonade, or cocktails.

- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1½ Tbsp Dried Lavender
Put the water and lavender into a small pot. Bring it to a gentle boil and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Take the pot off the heat. Stir in the honey until it melts and mixes in.
Let the syrup cool down on its own. Then strain out the lavender.
Keep into a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
