Lavender Honey Syrup Recipe

A sweet and simple lavender honey syrup made with real honey and lavender. Great for adding a light floral touch to tea, coffee, lemonade, or cocktails.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • Tbsp Dried Lavender

Instructions
 

  • Put the water and lavender into a small pot. Bring it to a gentle boil and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  • Take the pot off the heat. Stir in the honey until it melts and mixes in.
  • Let the syrup cool down on its own. Then strain out the lavender.
  • Keep into a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
