  • 2 Oz Tequila
  • 1 Oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 Oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Oz Agave Syrup or Honey
  • 2 Oz Sparkling Water
  • Ice Cubes or Crushed Ice
  • Grapefruit Slice, Orange Twist or Rosemary Sprig For Garnish
  • Salt or Sugar Optional, For rimming the glass

Instructions
 

  • Rim glass.
  • Shake tequila, Aperol, citrus juices and agave.
  • Pour over ice.
  • Top with soda.
  • Garnish and serve.
